Bitwise reduction (logical AND).
Usage
k_all(x, axis = NULL, keepdims = FALSE) Arguments

| axis | Axis along which to perform the reduction (axis indexes are 1-based). |
| keepdims | whether the drop or broadcast the reduction axes. |
